👋 About Us
sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things
simple while earning
trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction. Today, sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go
beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.
About The Role
Sunday's US GTM team is the field-facing operational and strategic arm of our go-to-market organization. Distinct from central RevOps, we sit closest to the field, translating revenue data, process gaps, and field intelligence into the systems, processes, and habits that help our sellers perform. We span GTM Process, Enablement, Revenue Reporting, and GTM Strategy.
As
GTM Operations Manager, you'll own top-of-funnel GTM operations, drive reporting deployment across the field, and provide hands-on support on core strategic initiatives: territory management, capacity planning, and target setting.
You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales (AEs), SDRs, Marketing, and Partnerships, working side-by-side with Enablement and central RevOps to bring structure and repeatable process to a scaling GTM org. This is a high-visibility seat with the opportunity to shape every stage of the pre-sales funnel, and to grow your scope as the team does. Join early, grow fast, and shape the journey!
Key Responsibilities
- Own the operational health of the top-of-funnel motion: build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and serve as the go-to operational point of contact for SDR and Marketing leadership on data, process, and operational questions
- Stand up new top-of-funnel insights in partnership with RevOps
- Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Metabase: run recurring performance reporting cadences that keep SDR, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders aligned on trends and key metrics
- Handle ad hoc SQL, Salesforce, and Metabase queries for GTM and sales leadership; maintain data hygiene and accuracy across all reporting systems
- Support key GTM strategy initiatives: territory data pulls, mapping, and administration, capacity planning models and analysis; quota and target-setting processes as the team scales
- Own tooling optimization and adoption for the GTM team: evaluate, roll out, and drive utilization of the sales and SDR tech stack (Outreach, Nooks, Weflow, and beyond)
- Partner with Enablement and RevOps on tooling decisions and rollouts: proactively identify friction points in current tool usage and drive fixes

- Process-oriented and detail-driven, with the ability to operate amid ambiguity in a scaling organization
