We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and support our rapid growth.
Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the entire Finance & Accounts function, ensuring financial stability, compliance, strategic planning, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in accounting, taxation, financial planning, fundraising, compliance, inventory finance, manufacturing costing, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive profitability, cost optimization, and cash flow management.
- Present financial insights to the Founder and Board.
- Build financial models for new product launches and expansion.
2. Accounting & Finance
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure proper GL management and reconciliation.
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare Annual Operating Budget.
- Monthly Budget vs Actual Analysis.
- Revenue Forecasting.
- Expense Forecasting.
- Product Profitability Analysis.
- Department-wise Budget Planning.
