Instaa Precast is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial operations, drive profitability, and ensure long-term financial stability.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, project costing, cash flow management, and statutory compliance, preferably within the manufacturing, precast concrete, or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Oversee project costing, billing, cost control, and profit margin optimization.
- Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, and audits.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Establish effective financial controls, policies, and processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: CA / CMA / MBA in Finance.
- Experience: 12–18+ years in finance and accounting, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, precast concrete, infrastructure, or construction is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, project costing, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations, optimize costs, and improve profitability.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
