The Opportunity
Shape financial strategy and drive growth as Finance Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive financial strategy, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, aligning financial priorities with the organization’s growth objectives.
- Financial Governance & Risk Management: Oversee financial controls, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, treasury, and risk management, ensuring robust governance and regulatory adherence.
- Business Performance & Value Creation: Strengthen profitability, cash flow, working capital, and capital efficiency while providing actionable financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Partner with the MD, Board, business leaders, and external stakeholders on financial strategy, business reviews, investments, and long-term value creation.
Ideal Candidate
- Credentials: CA
- Experience: 18-25 years of experience, including significant finance leadership exposure in Tech/FinTech sectors
- Industry: IT product/services companies with $100M+ revenue
- Leadership: Proven success in digital transformation and team leadership
- Skills: Strong ability to navigate complex business challenges and uncertainties, manage stakeholder expectations
- Location: Chennai (Work from office) / Willing to relocate to Chennai
