What You've Done
- Built or scaled end-to-end operational systems, ideally within a healthcare, regulated, or complex-workflow environment.
- Designed and optimized cross-functional processes spanning product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams.
- Worked closely with engineers, designers, and clinicians to develop or refine workflows that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Created and maintained scalable, data-driven workflows that enhance the patient, customer, or user journey.
- Conducted market research, competitive analysis, and market expansion planning to inform product strategy.
- Bonus: Experience building or scaling AI-enabled products or AI-driven operational processes.
