We're looking for an Associate, Business Operations to support proposal development for a leading biologics CDMO. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Business Development, Project Management, Manufacturing, Process Development, Analytical Development, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and other technical teams to transform client requests into high-quality project proposals.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposals, questionnaires, and change orders.
• Gather technical and commercial information from cross-functional teams.
• Prepare proposal packages, project scopes, timelines, pricing support, and supporting documentation.
• Track proposal progress and maintain documentation in Salesforce and other business systems.
• Support proposal review meetings and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Help improve proposal processes, templates, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Business, Communications, or a related field.
✔ 2–4 years of experience in biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals, life sciences, business operations, project coordination, proposal management, or sales operations.
✔ Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), quotations, or client-facing commercial documentation is highly preferred.
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
