About the Company
Antidote Health is a tech-driven health insurance company on a mission to make healthcare easy, accessible, and more affordable. We’re rethinking how healthcare works—using technology to remove the friction, complexity, and delays that define the traditional system. Instead of navigating paperwork, long waits, and disconnected experiences, we’re building a simpler, more connected way for people to get care.
Our platform combines health coverage, virtual care, and a modern member experience into one seamless system designed to help people actually use their benefits.
We offer Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans nationally and we’re growing quickly. We’re building a company focused on solving real problems—with real impact on people’s lives.
Position Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist / Analyst owns the operational backbone of Antidote’s broker distribution engine and is responsible for continuously improving it. Beyond supporting our Sales Managers with day-to-day administration, this role takes end-to-end ownership of core sales processes—documenting how they work, diagnosing where they break down through structured root cause analysis, and driving improvements, increasingly by applying AI and automation. The individual will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Finance to raise the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Ownership: Own, document, and maintain core sales and broker-distribution processes end to end, establishing clear standards, hand-offs, and performance measures.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate operational breakdowns, delays, and errors; apply structured root cause analysis to identify underlying causes rather than symptoms; and recommend and implement durable fixes.
- AI-Driven Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows using AI and automation tools; pilot, measure, and scale improvements that reduce manual effort, cycle time, and error rates.
- Cross-Functional Improvement: Partner across Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Finance to lead process-improvement initiatives beyond the sales team, building buy-in and managing change through implementation.
- Onboarding & Contracting Support: Manage broker, agency, FMO, and GA onboarding, contracting, and certification workflows, and maintain “ready-to-sell” status to keep the pipeline moving.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate agent, agency, roster, and production data in the CRM, ensuring the integrity needed for reliable reporting and analysis.
- Reporting & Impact Measurement: Build and distribute reports and dashboards that track production and quantify the impact of process-improvement efforts.
- Broker Support & Escalations: Serve as a first point of contact for routine agent and agency inquiries and route complex issues to the appropriate Sales Manager.
