The role
In this role you will be supporting the Business Process Improvement and Best Practice for the Global Partnerships Teams in ITV Studios on our existing Roadmap and helping identify new areas of improvement.
You will optimise the end to end Sales Processes and revenue generating activity through all the team’s business applications, tools and all day to day process activities.
The role will provide a key interface with Technology Teams in London and Hilversum who support the business applications and ensure business requirements and priorities from the Global Partnerships teams are represented and delivered through day to day activities or larger projects or through new platform developments.
This role is available to support the Sales Operations Solutions Transformation Programmes delivering through 2024 and 2025.
Main responsibilities
- Work with the Director of Sales Operations on our existing roadmap of required business process improvements.
- Attend Sales Coordinator Meetings and other regular team meetings to identify new business process improvements.
- Help roll out new process improvements and work with all teams on change management.
- Support Hilversum based teams in navigating London based systems and processes.
- Primary contact for questions, users issues, requests and development requirements for Hilversum based applications - primarily Salesforce.
- Ensure Salesforce is kept clean and up to date with respect to staff changes, reporting requirements and instructing Sales and support teams where appropriate on their tasks and support new User training where required.
- Manage all Security Access Permissions and roles in conjunction with Technology teams.
- Business lead on Reporting Requirements for Salesforce and how these can be most effectively met to support Sales and other business stakeholders
- Collaborate with Technology, Content & Productions, Marketing & other Departments on any questions and requirements for these systems.
- Ensure preparation for Key Markets e.g. Mipcom, Format Events, Year End etc. are supported with respect to updates and requirements for required systems.
- Ensure the Hilversum instance of Salesforce is kept “clean and up to date” with respect to staff changes, reporting requirements being met and instructing Sales Teams where appropriate on their tasks.
- Business liaison with the local Technology team on wider business applications estate used by the Digital Teams.
- Key contributor working with London and Hilversum teams on the new Rights, Sales & Content Licensing Project and the dependencies with Salesforce on the end to end Sales Process
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
- Good understanding of sales tracking software such as Salesforce
- Previous experience working in a fast paced Media and/or Content Distribution environment.
- A minimum of Intermediate Excel skills
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication
- You are a master in setting priorities, planning and act accordingly
- Flexible work attitude and a willingness to take on duties beyond those specified in the job description
