A truly innovative European technology business is looking for a Sales Operations Manager. This permanent role has been created to support the next stage of the company’s growth and offers a mix of home and office working (predominantly home based after the first few weeks). This role will suit somebody who loves working across the whole gambit of sales operations. You'll be one of the first members of the Sales Ops team so there'll be lots of chance for you to influence and make an impact - to this end, the role would also suit a Sales Operations Analyst looking for more responsibility.
The Role
As a Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the reporting, approvals, governance and process support of the Sales Operations function whilst supporting on financial modelling, pricing requests and commissioning. In addition, you’ll implement and manage process improvements whilst also ensuring governance of customer contracting and becoming a “trusted advisor” across the business.

To succeed in the role of Sales Operations Manager, it’s essential that you have a strong background within sales operations, especially processes – you’ll know what “good looks like” and will have the mind of a business analyst. You’ll want to get your hands into everything and be happy working within a fast paced business where priorities change quickly. Industry wise, data centre experience would be ideal but technology, SAAS or telecoms would also be considered. Strong Excel and data skills are also essential. Any experience of Power BI and / or working in a technical role before your move into Sales Ops would be a bonus.
