Our client is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance team and support the company's financial strategy and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning
- Develop financial strategies to support business goals
- Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and the Board
- Build, manage, and mentor the finance team
- Ensure financial processes follow company policies and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA and/or MBA is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury
- Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and decision-making skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $370,000–$400,000
