As a Senior Manager, Sales Operations - you will be a subject matter authority on sales operations business metrics and trends, and formulate ideas for new and better ways for our sales team to work. You will also capture new opportunities through project leadership, and implement new strategies to enhance business growth.
In This Role You Will Get To
- Identify process efficiencies within the sales organization, influence change and implement new workflows.
- Establish key sales metrics, determine ways to measure and report on the impact of process changes on KPI performance.
- Develop and operationalize tools, such as CRM and workflows, to monitor and improve business performance and sales workflows
- Lead small internal team of sales operations managers
- Leverage data to analyze, identify and support recommendations for growth
- Implement and maintain quality control measures/service level metrics within the department.
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely project completion.
- Build strategic plans that consider pilots, training, feedback to maximize project impact
- Present performance updates and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate performance findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and performance accountability within the organization.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience working in operations, sales enablement, consulting, project management or similar role. E-commerce experience preferred.
- 3 Years of experience as a People Leader
- Entrepreneurial thinking, with a proven track record of implementing innovative ideas, processes or products in complex organizations.
- Strategic thinking and planning, effective at breaking down complex problems and driving and managing change.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Fast learner, ability to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly, energized by change
- Team player, with a driven “get it done” attitude and work ethic
- Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
