A global Indian client is looking to hire an experienced leader to head the Finance & Accounts function for their manufacturing business in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.
- Lead pricing governance, margin improvement and product profitability initiatives.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital, fundraising and banking relationships.
- Strengthen cost controls, vendor negotiations and procurement finance.
- Ensure robust financial reporting, US GAAP compliance, internal controls and audit readiness.
- Partner with business leadership on strategic investments, expansion and capital allocation while leading the local finance team.
Ideal Candidate
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- 25+ years of finance experience with 12+ years in a CFO, VP Finance or Financial Controller role.
- Strong manufacturing or process industry background (flexible packaging preferred).
- Expertise in FP&A, costing, pricing, treasury, fundraising, financial modelling and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or NetSuite).
- Proven commercial acumen with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
