As the APAC GTM Lead, you will define and execute the global commercialization strategy for LTM's AI platform and portfolio companies. Operating at the intersection of AI venture investing, strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and enterprise GTM, you will identify emerging AI technologies, build partnerships with frontier AI companies, and create scalable go-to-market programs that accelerate enterprise AI adoption globally.
You will work closely with AI founders, venture investors, hyperscalers, consulting firms, and Fortune 500 executives to transform innovative AI products into enterprise-scale businesses.
Key Responsibilities
AI Venture Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships
- Build strategic partnerships with frontier AI companies including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, and emerging AI startups.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard AI startups aligned with LTM's investment and partnership strategy.
- Develop co-innovation, co-selling, marketplace, and joint GTM programs with strategic ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate with venture capital firms, accelerators, and innovation ecosystems to identify high-potential AI companies.
Global GTM Strategy
- Define the global GTM strategy for AI platforms and portfolio solutions across priority industries and geographies.
- Build scalable commercialization models, pricing strategies, and industry-specific AI offerings.
- Lead solution positioning, executive messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Drive global demand generation, thought leadership, and ecosystem-led pipeline creation.
Commercialization & Business Development
- Translate emerging AI technologies into scalable enterprise offerings.
- Build executive relationships with Fortune 500 customers and strategic partners.
- Drive enterprise adoption through joint sales motions, strategic alliances, and solution-based selling.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion.
Executive Leadership & Strategic Influence
This is a high-impact leadership role with direct visibility to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, offering the opportunity to shape LTM's AI strategy, venture ecosystem, and global commercialization agenda.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, CXOs, Global Business Unit Heads, Product Leadership, Corporate Strategy, Investments, and Delivery Leadership to identify emerging AI opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and create new growth businesses.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will help define long-term AI investment priorities, influence enterprise GTM strategy, and translate disruptive technologies into scalable commercial offerings for Fortune 500 clients.
This role requires an individual who can think beyond conventional GTM and sales models—challenging assumptions, identifying white-space opportunities, and creating innovative business models, partnerships, and ecosystem strategies that position LTM at the forefront of Enterprise AI.
Ideal Candidate
Education
- MBA from IIMs, ISB, or FMS/XLRI/MDI/SP Jain
- Engineering degree from IITs, BITS Pilani, NITs, or globally recognized institutions preferred.
Experience
- 4+ years in AI, Enterprise Technology, Venture Investing, Strategic Partnerships, Product Strategy, GTM Leadership, or Management Consulting.
- Experience working with AI ecosystems, hyperscalers, venture-backed startups, or enterprise software companies.
