The Role
You will be the first GTM hire focused on Physical AI, owning revenue from zero to one.
You will identify AI and robotics teams with high-value data requirements, build relationships with technical and commercial decision-makers, close the first pilots, and turn them into recurring programs.
You will also define the ICP, use cases, pricing, pilot structure, SOWs, and GTM motion, then build the team to scale it.
What You Will Own
- Source and close Physical AI and robotics data pilots
- Build relationships with founders, Heads of Robotics, ML leaders, research, data, and procurement teams
- Identify demand across teleoperation, imitation learning, RL, multimodal data, and robot evaluation
- Translate technical requirements into executable data programs
- Own proposals, pricing, SOWs, negotiations, and expansion
- Build and scale the commercial function
Who You Are
- Proven track record closing B2B deals in AI data, robotics, AI infrastructure, data collection, or evaluation
- Strong understanding of AI/ML data workflows and robotics use cases
- Comfortable discussing teleoperation, imitation learning, RL, multimodal datasets, robot learning, and evaluation with technical buyers
- Existing relationships with AI labs, robotics companies, or relevant buyers
- High agency and comfortable building from zero
Background
Relevant experience could include Scale AI, Appen, TELUS Digital, iMerit, Labelbox, Handshake AI, robotics startups, AI labs, or adjacent technical data companies.
Compensation
Competitive base + meaningful founding equity + uncapped commission.
