We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Sales Operations Executive to join our International Consultant Support (ICS) team.
The ICS team serves as the Global Business Enablement Hub, supporting our overseas sales consultants and international business partners through training, operational excellence, CRM optimization, data insights, and business support. Rather than focusing solely on administration or sales operations, this role is dedicated to empowering our international sales consultants with the tools, knowledge, systems, and processes they need to drive sustainable business growth.

Support the onboarding of overseas sales consultants and international partners.
Coordinate training programmes, assessments, product knowledge updates, and ongoing business support.
Monitor sales consultant development and continuously improve training effectiveness and operational readiness.
Act as a key point of contact to support overseas sales consultants in their daily business operations.
Coordinate and optimise sales operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Drive process standardisation to improve collaboration, execution efficiency, and service quality across international teams.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvements.
Support the planning, optimisation, and daily operation of the CRM system.
Improve Lead Management processes, sales workflows, automation, data standards, and user experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure CRM supports business growth and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain sales operation dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Analyse key business metrics including Lead performance, sales activities, pipeline conversion, consultant productivity, and operational KPIs.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions and management reporting.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and overseas business teams to coordinate business initiatives.
Support the execution of consultant training programmes, marketing campaigns, EDM initiatives, and shared lead pool operations.
Ensure effective collaboration across departments to maximise business impact.
Drive continuous optimisation of business processes and operational systems.
Support the implementation of AI tools, workflow automation, and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Explore innovative approaches to enhance consultant enablement and business performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales Operations, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, CRM Administration, Project Coordination, Business Support, or a similar role is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong learning agility, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in business operations are also encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using AI productivity tools or workflow automation platforms will be an advantage.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred to effectively support our overseas sales consultants and business partners.
