Key Responsibilities
1. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate client tracking.
- Clean database records by removing duplicates or outdated information.
- Track sales pipelines to identify bottlenecks in client acquisition.
- Generate activity reports showing team performance against targets.
2. Process Optimization
- Standardize onboarding workflows for corporate and retail accounts.
- Automate repetitive tasks like sending standard rate sheets.
- Manage sales collateral ensuring teams have updated marketing materials.

3. Sales Support & Compliance
- Pre-screen account applications for required Know Your Customer (KYC) documents.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Experience: 4 years in sales operations, ideally within finance Sector
- Systems: Mastery of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Excel.
- Regulations: Basic understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
