European Markets | Go-to-Market Strategy | International Field Coaching | Sales Performance
Turn insight into action - and help sales teams across Europe perform at their best
This is an exciting international opportunity for an experienced sales performance, business development or sales enablement professional to play a key role in implementing our Go-to-Market strategy across our European markets.
As our Group Existing Customer Growth Lead (m/w/d), you’ll work directly with selected Account Management and Key Account Management teams, spending focused periods in each market to build momentum, strengthen sales disciplines and accelerate performance.
This is not a role conducted from behind a desk. You’ll be visible in our branches, alongside our teams and out in the field with customers. You’ll combine CRM insight, performance data and real-world observation to understand what is driving results - and provide practical, real-time coaching that helps teams improve.
Reporting to the Group Existing Customer Growth Director, this highly visible role offers frequent European travel and the opportunity to make a measurable impact across an international business.

- Share clear, evidence-based assessments with Team Leaders and Account Managers.
- Help teams interpret their own data and decide what to start, stop or continue.
- Translate analysis into targeted actions that can be applied immediately.
Coaching in real customer situations
Completing two to three customer meetings each week, you’ll see how our approach is being used in practice and provide real-time coaching.
You’ll help Account Managers strengthen their customer conversations, identify relevant growth opportunities and apply our sales methodology consistently - balancing commercial ambition with genuine value for the customer.
Understanding what drives conversion
You’ll work with Team Leaders to look beyond the headline results and understand the behaviours behind them.
You’ll:
- Develop their confidence in asking effective coaching questions.
- Help them capture consistent reasons behind performance outcomes.
- Combine field observations, CRM data and team feedback to identify patterns.
- Produce weekly insights into the factors driving or constraining conversion.
- Share learning with the Group Commercial team to inform our wider Go-to-Market approach.
