Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager cum Business Development Manager with strong experience in the IT Software and Mobile App Development Services industry.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling international IT business development, lead generation and conversion, client management, team management, project delivery, business operations, and financial/commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert business from international IT leads, inbound enquiries, referrals, and existing client networks.
- Handle complete International IT Business Development and Sales, from lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Generate new clients for Software Development, Mobile App Development, Web Development, SaaS, and IT Services.
- Manage international clients, understand requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, resources, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Lead and manage Business Development, Sales, Project Management, Developers, Designers, and Support teams.
- Set targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of business and delivery goals.
- Handle client escalations and resolve sales, operational, delivery, and commercial issues.
- Monitor revenue, project costing, profitability, invoicing, collections, and expenses.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding billing, payment follow-ups, collections, and financial issues.
- Prepare MIS reports, revenue forecasts, sales pipelines, project reports, and operational KPIs.
- Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and operational improvement.
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT Software / IT Services.
- Strong experience in Software Development and Mobile App Development Services.
- Proven experience in International IT Business Development / Sales.
- Ability to generate business from leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Experience handling US / UK / European / Middle East / Australian clients will be preferred.
- Strong experience in team management and project delivery.
- Good understanding of project costing, revenue, profitability, billing, and financial operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, client-handling, and leadership skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage both sales and operations.
