About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Operations Associate to work closely with our Operations team and play a hands-on role in building and scaling Instafix's store and repair operations.
This is not a conventional desk job. You will work closely with store teams, repair technicians and cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges, analyse business data, solve problems and drive improvements.
You will get the opportunity to work directly on the core operating engine of a fast-growing startup and take ownership of projects that have a measurable impact on the business.
What you'll do:
Store and Business Operations
- Support and monitor the day-to-day operations of Instafix stores.
- Track key business metrics including walk-ins, conversions, revenue, repairs, productivity and customer experience.
- Identify operational gaps and work with store teams to improve efficiency and performance.
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, processes and quality standards.
- Monitor store-level performance and identify areas for improvement.
Repair Operations:
- Work closely with repair technicians and operations teams to understand the complete repair lifecycle.
- Track repair TAT, technician productivity, repeat cases, quality issues and repair performance.
- Identify bottlenecks in the repair process and drive corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and improvement of repair SOPs and operational processes.
- Work with teams to improve repair efficiency and customer experience.
Date and Business Analysis:
- Build and maintain operational reports, trackers and dashboards.
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Translate data into actionable insights for the Operations team.
- Track key KPIs and support regular business reviews.
Problem solving and Analysis:
- Take ownership of specific business and operational problems from identification to execution.
- Work on projects related to store expansion, process improvement, productivity, customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Spend time on the ground to understand problems rather than relying only on reports and data.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams.
- Help build scalable processes as Instafix grows.
What we are looking for:
- 0–1 years of experience; fresh graduates from Tier 1 / leading institutions are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent ownership and execution mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and figure things out independently.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to question existing processes and find better ways of working.
- Comfortable working both on the ground with operations teams and with data on a laptop.
- High energy, attention to detail and willingness to get hands-on.
