OVERVIEW:
The Operations Partner works closely with the Director of Operations to drive strategic initiatives that improve operational excellence across the organization. This role focuses on process standardization, client delivery support, training, data visibility, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, relationship-focused, and passionate about helping teams work more effectively. This position requires both strategic thinking and a willingness to execute—stepping in to complete tasks directly when needed to support team success.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Collaborate across departments to remove obstacles, improve communication, and drive alignment.
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, AI, and other technologies that increase efficiency.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Partner with leaders to implement operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and standardize processes, SOPs, tools, and documentation that support scalable growth.
- Create training materials and support adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Build dashboards, reports, and accountability tools that improve operational visibility.
- Influence teams through strong relationships, collaboration, and effective communication.
- Execute assigned tasks and operational work directly when needed, ensuring progress continues even without delegation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Confident, self-motivated, high energy and strong relationship building skills
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Positive and professional attitude
- Highly collaborative and eager to learn and contribute in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. On occasion, duties may require the wearing of proper safety equipment in areas where such equipment is required. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger; handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to have flexibility to work outside of business hours. This is contingent on the needs of the business and the needs of our clients/customers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment and requires the flexibility to work both in person at a Balance office as well as remotely/from home. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
