WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Royal Brothers is looking for a hands-on, process-driven Business Operations Manager to lead multi-city operations across India. The role will focus on fleet operations, SOP implementation, customer experience, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will own the post-booking customer journey, ensure consistent service standards across cities, drive process efficiency, and use data and accountability to improve reliability and rider satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
- Lead multi-city operations, including fleet management, servicing, logistics, and manpower planning.
- Set and monitor operational KPIs, targets, and city-level performance.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency, turnaround time, and service quality.
- Drive cost optimization across fuel, maintenance, manpower, and fleet operations.
- Manage vendors and partners, including SLAs, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop a 50–100 member operations team across India.
- Drive MIS, dashboards, and data-based decision-making for operational and city-level profitability.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Mechanical / Automobile background with an MBA in Operations / Supply Chain
- 5-7 years of experience in mobility, logistics, fleet, or rental operations.
- Strong command of Excel, data analytics, and process modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and people leadership skills.
- Hands-on attitude - should be comfortable visiting workshops, riding locations, and vendor sites.
- Proven record of handling multi-city operations or regional P&L responsibilities.
