PriceEasy AI is looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Manager for Revenue Operations & GTM Intelligence to become the intelligence engine behind our Marketing, BDR, and Sales organization.
This is not a traditional CRM administration or reporting role.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze everything happening across our revenue funnel—including marketing campaigns, leads, website engagement, BDR activity, sales calls, emails, opportunities, and pipeline progression—and determine:
Where should our Marketing, BDR, and Sales teams focus their time to generate the greatest revenue impact?
You will report directly to the CEO and work across Marketing, BDR, and Sales to convert large amounts of GTM data into clear priorities and actions.
We are looking for someone who does not simply create dashboards. You must be able to analyze the data, identify what is working or not working, tell the organization what needs to change, and drive execution.
What You Will OwnRevenue Pipeline Intelligence
- Analyze the complete sales pipeline from lead generation through closed opportunity.
- Analyze pipeline velocity, conversion rates, deal aging, stage progression, and lost opportunities.
- Identify leads and opportunities that are not receiving sufficient attention.
- Determine where BDRs should focus their efforts.
- Develop daily GTM priorities for the organization.
- Identify pipeline risks before they become lost opportunities.
Marketing Campaign & MQL Intelligence
- Analyze campaign performance to identify genuine buying intent.
- Analyze email engagement, website visits, repeat visits, content consumption, responses, and other behavioral signals.
- Build and continuously improve MQL and lead-scoring methodologies.
- Convert marketing engagement into actionable priorities for the BDR team.
- Identify which industries, personas, campaigns, messages, and accounts generate the highest-quality opportunities.
- Determine which prospects should be contacted first and why.
BDR Intelligence & Performance
- Analyze BDR calls, emails, activity levels, meetings generated, and conversion.
- Use AI to analyze call recordings and transcripts at scale.
- Identify what successful calls have in common.
- Identify missed questions, weak positioning, poor objection handling, and missed opportunities.
- Measure both the quantity and quality of BDR activity.
- Determine whether individual BDRs are spending their time on the right prospects.
- Create performance scorecards that focus on revenue outcomes rather than activity alone.
Sales Effectiveness
- Analyze sales calls, emails, meetings, and CRM activity across active opportunities.
- Identify stalled opportunities and insufficient follow-up.
- Analyze why opportunities advance, stall, win, or lose.
- Identify patterns from successful sales cycles and replicate them.
CRM & Revenue Data Ownership
- Identify missing information, duplicate records, stale opportunities, and poor CRM hygiene.
- Create automated alerts and reporting around data-quality issues.
- Coordinate with BDRs, Sales, and Marketing when corrective action is required.
AI-Powered Revenue Operations
Exceptional use of AI is a critical requirement for this role:
- Analyze large numbers of sales and BDR conversations.
- Analyze email communications across opportunities.
- Identify buying signals from prospect behavior.
- Prioritize accounts automatically.
- Detect stalled or under-managed opportunities.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance.
- Identify sales and BDR coaching opportunities.
We want someone who naturally asks:
“How can AI analyze this faster and tell us what action to take?”
Sales Enablement & Pitch Development
- Help develop and continuously improve sales pitch books.
- Analyze prospect conversations to determine which messages resonate.
- Identify common objections and incorporate them into sales collateral.
What You Should Be Able to Tell the CEO
At any point, you should be able to answer questions such as:
- Which 25 accounts should the BDR team contact first today?
- Which prospects are showing the strongest buying intent?
- Which marketing campaigns are actually creating pipeline?
- Which BDRs are generating meaningful outcomes versus simply generating activity?
- Which opportunities are not receiving enough attention?
- Why are certain opportunities getting stuck?
- Which emails and messaging generate the strongest responses?
- What are our BDRs missing during their calls?
- Why are we winning or losing opportunities?
- Where should Marketing, BDR, and Sales focus next?
Required Qualifications
- +3years of experience in Revenue Operations and GTM Analytics at a B2B SaaS company.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Strong understanding of MQLs, SQLs, lead scoring, intent signals, and funnel conversion.
- Experience analyzing Sales and BDR performance.
