Your Mission
Help us build an organisation that runs smoothly, grows consistently, and delivers exceptional results for every client.
You will work directly with the founder.
The founder will spend time thinking, creating, meeting customers, and building the future.
Your role is to ensure execution happens.
Every day.
Without waiting.
What You'll Own
- Turn ideas into action plans.
- Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Implementation and Customer Success.
- Build simple but powerful processes.
- Create SOPs so work doesn't depend on memory.
- Improve systems every week.
- Remove bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Keep projects moving.
- Ensure promises made to customers are delivered.
- Conduct review meetings.
- Track KPIs across teams.
- Help hire and build high-performing teams.
- Bring structure where there is confusion.
- Bring speed where there is delay.
- Bring accountability where there is ownership missing.
You don't need to know everything.
You should know how to figure things out.
