Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer to guide an industry-leading, high-performance window manufacturer as they scale their business up to $100M. Candidates without experience working in window manufacturing will not be considered for this position.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership while modernizing financial infrastructure, including a migration from QuickBooks to Microsoft Business Central. You’ll optimize managerial costing, elevate product margin reporting, and bridge the gap between finance and manufacturing operations to drive sustainable growth.
