About Parcodata
We build nuclear-powered datacenter campuses as an infrastructure platform for intelligence, health, and climate: low-latency AI compute with zero-water cooling, medical isotopes, and industrial-scale carbon removal.
The company will scale 4GW, across site development, technology partnerships, and capital formation.
The Role
The Chief Revenue Officer will own Parcodata's entire commercial engine: revenue strategy, customer acquisition, offtake and capacity contracting, pricing, and long-term account growth. This is a builder role. You will define the go-to-market for nuclear-powered AI campuses, land the anchor tenants that underwrite our first sites, and build the sales organization that scales with them.
The center of gravity is data center capacity sales. Success in this role means signed, bankable capacity commitments (leases, powered shell, build-to-suit, and power-plus-compute offtake agreements) with hyperscalers and other large-scale consumers of AI infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Own the revenue number. Build and execute the commercial plan for capacity sales across our campus pipeline, from first anchor tenant through multi-site expansion.
- Land hyperscaler anchor tenants. Lead origination and negotiation with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Oracle and peers), leveraging existing senior relationships to secure pre-leases and long-term capacity commitments that support project financing.
- Diversify the client base. Develop and close demand from the full spectrum of data center customers: neocloud and GPU cloud providers, AI labs and model developers, large enterprises, colocation and wholesale partners, and government or sovereign AI programs.
- Structure bankable deals. Shape commercial constructs (take-or-pay capacity agreements, powered land and powered shell, build-to-suit, energy offtake) that satisfy both customer requirements and lender or investor underwriting standards.
- Align revenue with development. Work hand-in-glove with site development, engineering, and power teams so that demand commitments, delivery timelines, and megawatt availability stay synchronized.
- Build the commercial organization. Recruit and lead sales, solutions engineering, and commercial operations talent; establish pipeline discipline, forecasting, and CRM rigor from day one.
- Represent Parcodata in the market. Serve as a senior commercial face of the company with customers, brokers, advisors, and at industry forums; feed market intelligence back into product, pricing, and siting strategy.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of commercial leadership in data centers, digital infrastructure, or hyperscale cloud, including CRO, Chief Commercial Officer, or SVP/EVP Sales roles at a data center developer, operator, or major cloud provider.
- A demonstrable track record of closing large-scale data center transactions: multi-hundred-megawatt leases, build-to-suit agreements, or hyperscale pre-lease commitments.
- Deep, current, personal relationships with capacity procurement, energy, and site selection decision-makers at hyperscalers, and credibility across neoclouds, AI labs, and enterprise buyers.
- Fluency in data center commercial and technical fundamentals: power (MW and PUE economics), cooling and density trends, land and interconnection, delivery schedules, SLAs, and lease versus offtake structures.
- Experience structuring transactions that support project finance (creditworthy counterparties, contract tenor, take-or-pay mechanics).
- Comfort selling a differentiated, first-of-a-kind product; ability to translate nuclear power, liquid cooling, and vertical integration into customer value (speed to power, density, cost, and carbon).
- Builder mentality: proven success creating commercial teams and processes from an early stage through rapid scale.
- Executive presence with boards, investors, and C-suite counterparties.
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to energy offtake, PPA, or behind-the-meter power transactions.
- Relationships with data center brokers, advisors (CBRE, JLL, Cushman), and demand aggregators.
- International commercial experience (Europe, Middle East) as Parcodata expands its footprint.
- Familiarity with government and sovereign AI infrastructure procurement.
Compensation
Competitive executive package including base salary, performance bonus tied to contracted revenue backlog, and significant equity.
