Position SummaryYtech is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as a direct, day-to-day partner to the Chief Sales Officer across Ytech's luxury residential projects. This is a right-hand role: the person in this seat will own the operational and analytical work that keeps the sales and marketing organization sharp — competitive intelligence, event and webinar execution, product communications, and performance reporting. It is a high-visibility position suited to an early-career professional who is highly intelligent, resourceful, and eager to take on real ownership.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompetitive Research & Battlecards
• Monitor competing luxury and branded-residence developments across pricing, inventory, positioning, and sales velocity.
• Build and maintain sales battlecards and competitive comparison materials used directly by the sales team and leadership.
• Translate market intelligence into clear, defensible talking points that hold up under broker and buyer scrutiny.
Event Administration
• Coordinate logistics for broker events, VIP previews, and sales gallery activations, including vendor management.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and follow-up reporting.
Webinar Creation
• Build and manage webinars for brokers and buyers, including content coordination, platform setup, and post-event follow-up.
Product Updates
• Prepare and distribute construction, inventory, and pricing updates to the sales team and broker network.
• Keep internal and broker-facing materials current as projects progress.
Reporting
• Build recurring sales, pipeline, and marketing performance reports for the CSO and leadership team.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Real estate experience highly desirable.
• Exposure to Salesforce.com preferred, not required.
• Highly intelligent, analytically sharp, and detail-oriented.
• A true go-getter: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership without close supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write with precision and restraint.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Sound judgment with confidential and competitively sensitive information.
What Success Looks Like• The CSO can hand off a research question, an event, or a reporting need and trust it will come back done right, without heavy oversight.
• Battlecards and competitive materials are consistently current, accurate, and used with confidence by the sales team.
• Events and webinars run smoothly, on budget, and on brand.
• Reporting is timely, accurate, and shapes real decisions.
