Our client is a well-established Indian Manufacturing Company based in Punjab.
- The CFO will serve as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director, promoters and leadership team. The role extends significantly beyond traditional accounting and controllership responsibilities and will involve helping shape the future direction of the company.
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing (Indian MNC)
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab.
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is essential.
- 20-25 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Proven experience as CFO with strong experience in manufacturing-oriented businesses.
- Exposure to ERP implementation, finance transformation and process modernisation.
- Experience in banking relationships, debt raising, working capital financing and capital expenditure funding.
- Exposure to listed companies, private equity-backed organisations, institutional governance environments or IPO readiness initiatives would be highly desirable.
