A well-known, mid-market manufacturer in the Pittsburgh area is searching for a hands-on CFO to join their executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting oversight, financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, vendor management, and treasury operations. Our client is looking for someone who can operate as a strategic business partner to the CEO and the leadership team, and will be considered an integral part of the company moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Create and present financial and operational strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, treasury, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Oversee and participate in the accounting process
- Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 7 - 10 years' of finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
