We’re seeking an operationally oriented CFO who will serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO and private equity sponsor. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with experience helping scale a high-growth, private equity-backed business, ideally in residential or commercial services or some other field or route-based service. Experience supporting an active M&A strategy and integrating acquisitions will be particularly valuable.
