Who you are:

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, related field; MBA or Masters and/or additional cerfications a huge plus.
Experienced finance leader from a private equity-backed company, consulting firm, strategic finance team, investment banking, or corporate finance leadership environment.
Strong foundation in financial planning, business strategy, operational improvement, and executive-level decision support.
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and build credibility across multiple business functions.
Known for your financial acumen, strategic thinking, operational curiosity, executive presence, and builder mentality.

What you’ll do:

Partner directly with the current CFO through a structured onboarding and succession program designed to prepare you for the top finance role.
Learn, evaluate, and strengthen finance, accounting, and financial operations while building relationships across the organization.
Lead strategic initiatives, support executive decision-making, and participate in board preparation and communications.
Assume increasing ownership of the finance organization with a defined path to promotion into the CFO position based on performance.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $240,000-$250,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
