Singh Capital Partners | Bethesda, MD (On-Site) | Full-Time
Singh Capital Partners is a private investment firm investing across real estate, private equity, venture capital, and operating businesses. We're hiring a CFO to lead financial operations across the firm and its investment entities.
This is a hands-on leadership seat. You'll report to the Chief Investment Officer and own accounting, tax, treasury, and reporting across a complex multi-entity structure — operating companies, SPVs, partnerships, trusts, and foundations.
What you'll own
- Financial operations across the firm and its investment entities: accounting, close, consolidation, and reporting
- Tax strategy and execution, including annual filings, quarterly estimates, and entity structuring
- Treasury and cash management: liquidity planning, capital calls, distributions, and bill pay
- Reporting to the CIO and to investors, in coordination with our investor relations function
- Building repeatable processes and systems across the entity structure
- Managing internal finance staff and external accounting, tax, and audit relationships
- Identifying structural inefficiencies and eliminating cost drag across the balance sheet
