The Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic, highly analytical Revenue Operations Team Lead to guide our operations team and optimize our end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Head, you will act as the crucial bridge connecting our Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance functions while mentoring a dedicated team of operational staff.
This is a highly visible leadership position focused on top-of-funnel conversion, revenue protection, commercial compliance, and process innovation. You will oversee seamless lead routing, ensure our sales pipeline is accurately forecasted, empower your team to enforce strict commercial policies, and guarantee that closed deals transition flawlessly into our billing systems.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership & Lead-to-Cash Governance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team, setting the standard for cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee top-of-funnel operations, including lead tracking, routing, and conversion metrics, ensuring a frictionless handoff from marketing to the local sales team.
- Drive CRM data hygiene and govern the pipeline from initial inquiry to closed-won, ensuring accurate stage logging for both recurring services and complex implementation projects.
- Analyze lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, sales cycle lengths, and win/loss ratios to deliver highly accurate quarterly revenue forecasts to the executive leadership team.
- Streamline internal approval workflows to support regional pre-sales and technical teams on high-value, multi-site enterprise bids.
Deal Desk & Commercial Compliance
- Act as the primary commercial gatekeeper, structurally enforcing our risk mitigation policies and empowering your team to oversee deal compliance before reaching "Closed Won."
- Ensure all new Document Management Storage/Services (DMS) contracts mandate a warehouseman’s lien and a right of disposal clause for accounts in default for over three months.
- Enforce payment security protocols, ensuring that all private clients and startup organizations commit to mandatory one-year prepayments.
- Partner with senior sales leadership to structure complex, multi-year commercial agreements that protect required margins.
Billing Alignment & Process Automation
- Oversee the seamless translation of finalized contract parameters, project milestones, and billing schedules from the CRM to the finance and accounting teams.
- Audit closed opportunities against the billing ledger to prevent revenue leakage on upfront implementation fees, license costs, and scheduled service escalations.
- Drive our internal tech evolution by identifying bottlenecks across the entire Lead-to-Cash cycle and scoping repetitive data-entry tasks for our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate).
What You Bring to the Team
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance, coupled with a strong track record of people management and team leadership.
- Deep expertise managing the complete Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process—from top-of-funnel lead management to downstream CRM and billing administration.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the confidence and authority to hold sales representatives accountable to strict contracting standards.
- A process-driven mindset with experience or a strong interest in process automation (RPA) and tech stack optimization.
- A background in Records Management, BPO, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), tech solutions, or the wider information management industry is highly advantageous.
If all above mentioned sounds interesting and motivating for you (and you have a suitable profile) we are looking forward to receiving your updated CV and discussing your career!
