About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), enterprise applications, business process analysis, and system integrations.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into detailed requirements and specifications while supporting solution design, testing, validation, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Develop detailed Business Specifications (BS) and review Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process-mapping sessions.
• Develop detailed data mapping specifications.
• Support integration of CPQ and enterprise systems into core business processes.
• Write and execute test scripts based on business requirements.
• Lead or support SIT, UAT, and business validation testing.
• Validate end-to-end functionality across integrated business processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state process maps and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization, optimization, and improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, requirements reviews, and testing sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to project leadership.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications and integrations.
• Hands-on experience gathering and documenting business requirements and functional
specifications.
• Experience with CPQ / Configure, Price, Quote processes or platforms.
• Experience supporting system integration projects and cross-functional business processes.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and process mapping.
• Hands-on experience with SIT and UAT testing.
• Experience writing test scripts, validating solutions, and managing defects.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The strongest candidates will have experience working with CPQ, quoting/pricing, product management, supplier management, registration, compliance, and enterprise application integrations.
