Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – CPQ
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Develop business specifications and review functional design documents.
- Support CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and enterprise system integration initiatives.
- Create data mapping specifications and process documentation.
- Develop and execute test scripts and support SIT and UAT activities.
- Validate end-to-end business processes and track defects through resolution.
- Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements and future-state workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Support requirement workshops, design reviews, testing sessions, and change management activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, system integrations, and cross-functional business processes.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, business specifications, and functional documentation.
- Knowledge of CPQ processes and solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience with data mapping, process mapping, SIT, and UAT.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
