We are working with a healthcare organisation in Leicester that requires an experienced Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer to join the business at short notice.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will provide strategic financial direction while supporting the day-to-day finance function during a critical period for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls and governance.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning processes.
- Deliver insightful management information and performance reporting.
- Support key business decisions through detailed financial analysis.
- Drive operational improvements and identify opportunities for efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and reporting requirements.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience operating at Finance Director or CFO level.
- Strong healthcare sector experience is essential.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Immediately available or available at short notice.
- Comfortable being on-site in Leicester.
