Job Location : Chennai (Hybrid Model : 2-3 days a week to office)
About the Role
This is a hands-on IC role: you'll own CRM hygiene, reporting, forecasting, and process enforcement. The core GTM systems and processes are already in place. Your role is to drive adoption, improve execution, and identify where those systems need refinement — not undertake a wholesale rebuild.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of existing CRM and revenue processes across sales, marketing, and CS — find where reps skip steps, and fix it
- Drive team-wide MEDDIC adoption; coach reps; report on qualification data quality
- Own revenue reporting — Pipeline visibility, funnel conversion by stage, forecast accuracy
- Own forecasting cadence and accuracy in partnership with sales leadership
- Continuously refine the sales process using data — stall points, broken handoffs, adoption gaps
- Align sales, marketing, and CS on shared process and data usage
- Maintain CRM data quality — clear ownership of required fields, stage progression, activity capture, and opportunity hygiene
- Own CRM/system change requests, incorporating input from sales leadership and consultants, and drive them through to adoption
- Use GenAI tools to accelerate reporting, analysis, and documentation — validate outputs before they inform decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS set up - in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, CRM Operations, or a related revenue-facing operations role, in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on, independent fluency with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Clay, and Apollo — able to operate and troubleshoot these from day one
- Track record building and defending pipeline forecasts and revenue dashboards
- Proven ability to drive process adoption in a sales org — not just design it
- Strong cross-functional influence — comfortable changing team behavior without formal authority
Core AI Skill Requirements:

We expect every employee to actively integrate GenAI tools into daily workflows - automating routine tasks, accelerating research and analysis, drafting documents, and building reusable AI-powered processes for their function. You should understand the limitations of GenAI (including inaccuracies and data sensitivity boundaries), follow data classification rules, and continuously improve your AI proficiency. As you grow, we expect you to move beyond using GenAI to building with it - designing agent workflows, contributing reusable skills, and helping Securin compound its Proactive Exposure Management expertise faster than any competitor can replicate.
- Demonstrated ability to use GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for daily work - drafting, research, summarization, data analysis, code generation, or workflow automation as relevant to the Pro.
- Working knowledge of GenAI limitations including hallucination risk, context window constraints, and data sensitivity boundaries; ability to validate AI-generated output before acting on it
- Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques - structuring multi-step instructions, providing context, and iterating on output quality to achieve production-grade results
- Comfort with agentic AI workflows - using, designing, or building multi-step AI agents that execute tasks autonomously with human-in-the-loop validation
- Awareness of AI security fundamentals - prompt injection risks, data classification rules, sandboxed execution, and responsible handling of sensitive data in AI workflows
- Familiarity with connecting GenAI tools to internal data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems
- Ability to contribute reusable AI skills, templates, agent configurations, or automation workflows to a shared repository for team-wide use
- Willingness to learn and adopt new AI tools as they evolve; participation in AI adoption sprints, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing within the team
