Director of Sales Operations
Location: Broward County
Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Compensation: $85,000-$110,000
A growing organization within the distribution industry is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to serve as a key partner to sales leadership and help drive the performance, development, and operational effectiveness of the sales organization.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who combines a strong Sales Operations background with sales training, coaching, CRM, and process improvement experience. The right individual will be comfortable working closely with both senior leadership and Account Executives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that help the sales team operate more effectively.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior sales leadership to support the day-to-day effectiveness and performance of the sales organization
- Develop and deliver new-hire onboarding, sales training, continuing education, and ongoing coaching programs
- Provide ongoing guidance and operational support to Account Executives, serving as a liaison between sales leadership and the sales team
- Monitor sales performance, identify skill or knowledge gaps, and develop targeted coaching and training initiatives
- Manage and optimize CRM processes, including reporting, dashboards, forecasting, pipeline management, and data accuracy
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve Sales Operations processes
- Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, sales resources, and system/process documentation
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues impacting the sales organization
- Help drive accountability, consistency, and adoption of sales processes and best practices
Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Strong Sales Operations experience with exposure to sales training, coaching, or enablement
- Experience supporting, coaching, or influencing a sales team
- Hands-on CRM experience required
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, reporting, and operational workflows
- Experience implementing and improving processes, systems, and automation
- ERP experience preferred; NetSuite or similar platform experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively partner with both senior leadership and frontline sales professionals

- Comfortable building and improving processes rather than relying on an already highly structured environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to work onsite, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
