For our client, we are seeking a Head of Business Operations, Advanced Imaging Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role serves as a key execution partner to senior leadership, helping translate strategic priorities into clear operating rhythms, decision-oriented forums, and measurable outcomes. You will lead the cadence and discipline of business operations across a complex, global, matrixed environment, ensuring that leadership time is focused on the right objectives. The position also owns the development of management information, standard work, and corrective action tracking to strengthen execution and drive continuous improvement.
Location: Waukesha, WI - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $284,000 – $426,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Serve as the execution partner to senior leadership
- Lead improvements in leadership cadence and critical business forums
- Translate business priorities into clear operational processes and outcomes
- Ensure leadership forums are decision-oriented and focused on objectives
- Develop the standard work and management information for the Business Operations team
- Track execution progress and address gaps to drive corrective action
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 10-15+ years of leadership experience in business operations or finance
- Proven success in a complex, global, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into measurable results
- Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Financial fluency and the ability to connect execution to P&L outcomes
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
