Job Summary
We are seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ development to architect and implement scalable CPQ solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Conga CPQ.
Job Description
Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations including configuration, data migration, and integration. Architect scalable CPQ solutions aligned with business goals and Salesforce best practices. Design complex product configurations, pricing models, discounting strategies, and approval workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ innovations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to enhance skill sets and project outcomes. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to CPQ processes. Utilize expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Conga CPQ to deliver robust solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed technical designs.
- Develop and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Conga CPQ.
- Manage UAT testing, deployment activities, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with ERP integration teams and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi for seamless data flow.
- Implement and optimize contract templates, approval workflows, and document generation processes.
- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline management, and version control using Git.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Apply Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Leverage domain knowledge in industries such as Telecom, Manufacturing, or SaaS to tailor CPQ solutions.
- Integrate DocuSign or Adobe Sign for enhanced contract lifecycle management.
