A publicly traded FinTech company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This individual will play a key role in shaping the company's financial direction, strengthening its infrastructure, and supporting its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Partner with senior leadership on corporate strategy, financial performance, and long-term business objectives.
- Provide oversight of the company's financial operations, reporting, planning, and capital management activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, optimize expenses, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Oversee public-company financial reporting, governance, and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business decisions from a financial perspective.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance organization while implementing scalable processes and technology.
- Bring a proven track record in senior financial leadership, preferably as a CFO of a publicly traded company, with strong business acumen and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of finance experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles overseeing finance, accounting, and FP&A, with a track record of driving profitability and operational improvements.
- Strong public-company or IPO experience, including SEC reporting, internal controls, and corporate governance. Prior CFO experience preferred.
