Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial management, with relevant experience in bank loans, working capital, funding and capital-market/equity-related matters.
Preferred: Experience in coordination with banks and financial institutions, investors/shareholders, auditors, stock exchanges and professional advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Management and coordination of bank loans and working capital facilities
· Liaison with banks and financial institutions for funding requirements
· Financial planning, MIS, budgeting and cash-flow management
· Supporting expansion funding and financial strategy
· Handling equity/capital-market related matters, including coordination with investors, shareholders and professional advisors
· Coordination relating to BSE/SEBI compliance and corporate disclosures, in association with the Company Secretary
· Coordination with statutory auditors, internal teams and professional advisors
· Monitoring working capital, liquidity and overall financial requirements
