London based Single Family office now require a CFO . This charming UHNW has many investments across the UK and Europe
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the family principals on personal, investment, and business matters, directing financial strategy alongside external advisors.
- Oversee consolidated financial and management reporting, prepare materials for board meetings, and manage annual audits and internal controls.
- Handle daily cash flow, multi-currency banking relationships, mortgages, bill payments, and intercompany balances.
- Oversee personal and corporate tax compliance (including VAT and employment tax), coordinating with external tax specialists rather than deferring to them.
- Monitor performance, cash flows, and due diligence across public markets, private equity, direct investments, real estate portfolios, and special assets (such as art collections)
- Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance, company secretarial duties, and risk frameworks (frequently including acting as a Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for regulated entities).
This will largely be an office based role and will manage a small team.
