- Lead all financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.
- Develop annual budgets and long-range financial plans.
- Improve profitability, cash flow, and operational performance.
- Support corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and M&A activities.
- Manage lender, investor, and board relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting and regulatory requirements.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience required.
- Prior experience supporting growth-focused organizations preferred.
