About the Role
Tapti Solar is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial management, long-term financial planning, and capital strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring strong financial leadership, business acumen, and experience managing financial operations in a dynamic business environment. Knowledge of renewable energy, infrastructure investment, or project finance will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, liquidity, and financial performance.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, financial risks, and potential business partnerships.
- Lead corporate financing initiatives, including debt and equity financing where applicable.
- Oversee financial compliance, internal controls, accounting practices, and audit processes.
- Support financial modeling and capital planning for solar energy projects.
- Build relationships with financial institutions, investors, and external advisors.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and operational performance.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting functions.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in financial leadership, corporate finance, accounting, or investment management.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial reporting, and capital management.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with executive leadership and external financial stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and corporate governance.
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, energy development, or project finance is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred.
