Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations related to domestic priority sales agents within the B2B segment.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales processes from lead generation to booking confirmation.
- Collaborate with sales agents to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Client Coordination:
- Act as the primary liaison between sales agents and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
- Provide prompt responses to client inquiries, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Quotation Preparation and Customization:
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations as per the travel agent's request, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Customize quotations to fit specific client needs, including travel itineraries, pricing options, and special requests.
- Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to secure competitive pricing and availability for the best client experience.
Booking and Reservation Management:
- Handle all bookings related to domestic travel, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Address any booking changes, cancellations, or special requests from clients, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Coordinate with service providers to secure the best options for clients within budget and preference constraints.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, communications, and client interactions.
- Prepare necessary documentation for audits, reports, and other operational requirements.
