As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing insightful analysis, generating reports, and optimizing sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance/accounting, extensive experience in sales operations, and proficiency in CRM automation tools and dashboard generation.

Key Responsibilities :
•Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies for increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.
•Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, including forecasting and reporting.
•Manage and analyze contract management, Purchase Order, SOW repository and tracker
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.
•Create ad-hoc reports as requested by sales leadership, incorporating relevant data to support decision-making.
•Provide regular reports on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
•Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
•Support end-to-end collections including invoice query resolutions, payment adjustments.
Job Requirements :
•Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
•Proficient in MS Office and SFDC (Salesforce).
•Strong knowledge of deal desk, order management, order processing, contract management, Billing supporting’s and sales operations.
•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
