Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Strategist with deep expertise in HubSpot to support our RevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will not only be a HubSpot expert but also possess the ability to work with other CRMs and marketing/sales tech stacks. This role involves collaborating with both local and international clients, offering strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for HubSpot, managing setup, optimization, and troubleshooting across client accounts.
- Tech Stack Management: Work with various CRM systems and other tools to build, integrate, and maintain a cohesive marketing and sales tech stack.
- RevOps Design: Support the design and implementation of revenue operations models tailored to each client’s specific needs, focusing on improving processes and optimizing revenue generation.
- International Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients across the globe, providing tailored RevOps strategies and ensuring successful adoption of the proposed tech stack.
- Solution-Oriented Approach: Analyze client operations and tech infrastructure, identifying gaps and recommending improvements or innovative solutions.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across revenue-generating functions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
- Proficient in managing and integrating other CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and tech stacks (marketing automation, sales enablement tools).
- Demonstrated experience supporting the design of RevOps models and improving operational efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate with both local and international clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a knack for identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
