The Role
The experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will lead TRG's efforts in the execution of sales strategies, marketing, training & education, customer experience, and sales operations. The CRO will lead a team of sales and sales operations professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional results.
Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new markets, products, and services where applicable.

Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to increase market share and customer base.

Collaborate with CEO and ELT to set and achieve strategic goals and objectives.

Drive innovation of services and processes to meet customer needs and stay ahead of market trends.

Develop and implement strategies to enter new geographic regions and market segments.

Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies to maintain the competitive edge.

Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion within the title industry.

Manage the sales team to achieve targets and increase productivity.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.

Lead internal marketing team to develop / tailor content to support efforts and ensure materials are kept up to date / accurately reflect TRG’s value proposition.

Implement customer retention strategies and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement in service and support.

Lead, mentor, develop and train a high performing sales team.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Design and maintain a sales incentive program to drive sales outcomes and hold team accountable.

Have an ‘eye’ for what a good sales team / hire looks like. Design robust hiring process and competencies.

Build and lead a commercial (non-residential) team, designed to add wheelhouse appropriate customers like Top Golf, Car Max, businesses that own their own real estate
Candidate Profile
The Chief Revenue Officer will be a dynamic executive with a positive industry reputation, an entrepreneurial spirit, and demonstrated title insurance acumen required to build relationships and drive sales. This role requires a strategic and dynamic leader who can create and implement comprehensive strategies to grow revenue.
As a key member of the TRG leadership team, the Chief Revenue Officer will be strategic, approachable, perceptive, and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of purposefully hiring, developing, and leading teams to achieve shared execution of a disciplined sales strategy.
A successful candidate will bring the following qualifications and experience to the position:

Ten or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.

Prior experience in sales in Title Insurance Real Estate/ Lending preferred.

Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision

Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively.

Experience in making decisions based on business metrics.

Strong experience in developing and executing training programs for sales and marketing teams.

Exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for inspiring cross- functional teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
Preferred skills and qualifications:

Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field
- Strong technical experience with business productivity tools
