Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Identify, develop, and implement strategies to improve sales processes, enhance efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Create accurate sales forecasts and performance reports by analyzing sales data, market trends, and KPIs. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales team. Provide actionable insights to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Quota OR Sales Target Planning: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to define quotas, sales goals, and incentive structures.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on sales strategies.
- Sales Tools & Technology: Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and software to support sales efforts and improve efficiency.
What we expect from You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, client Management, business operations
is required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in sales operations management, analytical skills , sales forecasting, reporting and pipeline management is required.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
