About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Sales Operations Manager to streamline our sales processes and optimize team performance. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales operations and a strong understanding of data analysis, sales strategies, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Design, implement, and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and drive results.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- CRM Management: Maintain and improve the CRM system to ensure accuracy and ease of use for the sales team.
- Sales Support: Provide operational support to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies and processes.
- Forecasting & Planning: Assist in sales forecasting and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in a sales operations or similar role.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency with CRM systems, and a solid understanding of sales processes.
- Tools: Experience with sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
